Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to store information. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and session storage. In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the Services to function, including authentication, session management, load balancing, and security. These cannot be switched off.
Functional. Remember preferences such as language, time zone, last-used module, and interface settings to improve your experience.
Analytics. Help us understand how our website and platform are used so we can improve them. We configure analytics to minimize personal identification and, where available, use aggregated reporting.
Marketing. Used on our public marketing website only, to measure campaign performance and reach relevant audiences. We do not use marketing cookies inside the ATOS platform.
Representative cookies
The specific cookies in use may change as we add or remove tools. A current list is available through the cookie preferences control on our website. Typical providers we rely on include: authentication and session — Hilo (first-party); product and site analytics; support and messaging; marketing attribution, website only.
Managing your choices
On our public website, you can accept, reject, or adjust non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and preferences center. You can change your choices at any time by returning to the preferences center.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Services from working. Browser vendors provide instructions for managing cookies in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, and others.
Inside the ATOS platform, we limit tracking to what is needed to operate the Services and understand product usage. We do not use marketing cookies within the authenticated platform.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Different browsers offer different signals, and there is no common standard for how websites must respond. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on our public website where legally required. Inside the platform, our cookie use is limited to the categories described above.
Changes
We may update this policy as our cookie practices evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
